Another shout out to World Famous Golf Carts. I was checking my cart over and noticed that the driver's side rear shock was leaking oil. I took a picture of it and stopped in at the dealership. Randy, the mechanic pulled two new replacement shocks off the shelf and offered to install them. Rather than bring the cart in, I decided to install them myself. Randy gave me some good advice about how to get at the upper bolts in the shocks, too. He just asked me to bring the old shocks back. When I brought them back, Austin told me that I could keep the good used shock. Now that's service! A good dealership makes all the difference. They had the parts in stock, and we were back to enjoying our Nomad XL with very little down time.
I've seen a lot of complaints from people about their dealers. I want to give a shout out to my dealer, World Famous Golf Carts in Fort Mill, South Carolina. We purchased our Nomad XL from them about a year ago. Over the weekend, the brake pedal sank to the floor. I looked the cart over and couldn't find a leak, the pedal adjustment looked good, and the brake pads were good, so I thought the master cylinder was bad.
I called my dealer just after they opened at 9:00 am today and explained my problem. They were at my house, which is about 20 minutes away by 12:30. They took the cart back to the dealership, replaced the master cylinder under warranty, and ordered a new windshield for me (also under warranty) due to it starting to separate.
They brought the cart back to our house, and we were out riding it before 3:00 pm. I was amazed. I didn't think service like that still existed today. I highly recommend World Famous Golf Carts to anybody who is thinking about purchasing a Denago golf cart. I want to thank Robert, Tyler, and Austin for their excellent customer service. -

The Gen 3 light package gives it an awesome modern look, especially at night, and the Bluetooth phone connectivity was incredibly easy to set up. The sound system is simple to operate and sounds fantastic.
