Robert was truly a knight in shining armor today at the St. Paddy’s Spring event in Baxter Village.
My cart died while I was at the event, stranded in a parking lot a couple blocks from home. I was standing there eyeing the carts, trying to figure out … More how in the world I was going to get mine back to my garage. Robert noticed, handed me his card, and said he could tell I was admiring the carts. I told him I was, but I was also stuck and trying to solve a pretty big problem.
He immediately jumped in to help. He helped me get hooked up with my tow strap, pushed the cart into place, and handled driving the cart while I slowly towed it all the way back to my house. On top of that, he took the time to explain lithium battery replacement options and trade-ins, which I’ll absolutely keep in mind for my next cart.
After the exemplary service I received today, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If these reviews are any indication, World Famous is clearly the place to go for your cart.
